Cancellations made within 30 days of reservation are a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of reservation are a 100% charge. 

Waivers must be signed before participating in any activities. 

All children are over 48 inches tall for side by side rentals. 

You are responsible for damaged parts while operating a side by side. 

You will not consume alcohol or drugs prior to or during any activities with Canyon Adventures. 

A $1 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your credit card and reservation. Charges will not be made until after your trip. There is a 3% surcharge to all sales using a credit card. This does not apply to debit or cash payments. 

We reserve the right to turn anyone away who has not complied with these terms.
